To celebrate Healthy Eating Week (13 th -17 th June), Aldi has shared six low-cost recipes for those interested in following a healthier and more sustainable diet. This year’s theme is ‘eat well for you and the planet’, so whether you’re looking to increase your five-a-day or wanting to know your portions to reduce food waste, these recipes should help to offer plenty of inspiration.
