Forks Township police are urging the public to stay vigilant in a new fraud focusing on typically women in parking heaps.
In the fraud, which investigators describe as “distraction thefts,” a guy and woman observe a woman target close to a shop and then both confront them while inside of the retail store or at their vehicles in the parking good deal.
