Earth Day will be celebrated on April 22, and 69 News is celebrating early by finding out how what we take in impacts the planet.
Morgan Laugier-Neiser, a Registered Dietitian at ShopRite joined the 69 Information Dawn workforce on Saturday to showcase some recipes that will effect the earth positively.
Laugier-Neiser claims to get started by ingesting a lot more plants in typical, which includes beans and legumes.
She showcased a lentil-dependent sloppy joe with tri-coloured carrots, tri-colored peppers, onion and garlic.
