Ingredients
- MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet
- Cumin Seeds: 1½ teaspoon
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder: 1½ teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves: 3 tablespoons
- Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Onion: 2
- Tomatoes: 2
- Coriander Seeds: 1½ tablespoon
- Green Chillies: 2 (slit)
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Kabuli Chole: 1½ Cups
- Water: 5 cups
Method
- Cook Chole in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
- Grind cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and cooked chole to make a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions, Chole paste, and tomatoes. Sauté till they become soft.
- Add the remaining chole along with two cups of water, salt, and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. Cook for five minutes.
- Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves before serving.
Ingredients
- MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet
- Oil: 2 tablespoon
- Onion: 2
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes: 2
- Rajmah (Kidney Beans): 200 grams
- Red Chilli Powder: ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Water: 6 cups (750ml)
- Salt: According to taste
- Coriander Leaves: 3 tablespoons
Method
- Cook the Rajmah for ten minutes in a pressure cooker.
- In a pan, fry onions. Then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Sauté well.
- Now, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Next, add the cooked Rajmah along with salt and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and stir well.
- Cook on a medium flame for ten minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
Palak Paneer recipe
Ingredients
- MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet
- Oil: 2 tablespoon
- Onion: 2
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes: 2
- Spinach: 500 grams
- Water: 2 cups
- Salt: According to taste
- Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Green Chillies: 2
- Turmeric Powder: ½ teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paneer: 250 grams
- Ginger: 1-inch piece
Method
- Boil and grind the spinach to make a paste. Keep it aside.
- In a pan, fry cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add chopped onions. Fry them till they become golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes turn by turn. Sauté them till they become soft.
- Add turmeric powder, green chillies, and red chilli powder. Mix them well.
- Add the spinach paste along with one cup of water, and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. Cook for a minute.
- Add the Paneer pieces and cook for five minutes. Add salt according to taste.
- Garnish with ginger juliennes.
