Quick recipes with condensed milk

There are several condensed milk recipes that you can try at home and those recipes can be prepared quickly without any hassle. Check out the following recipes that can be cooked easily- 

  1. Malailaddoo recipe- This recipe takes only 10 minutes for preparation and cooking time is only 20 minutes. Here is the list of ingredients and the instructions to cook malailaddoo. 


  • 500 grams Paneer
  • 8-10 drops of yellow food colour
  • 200 grams of Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 4-6 drops of Kewra essence
  • 1 tsp Elaichi powder

How to make malailaddoo?

Step 1- Crush the paneer with your hands until it’s creamy in texture or smooth. You can also blend the same in a mixer. 

Step 2- Take a kadhai and mix the mashed paneer and Nestlé MILKMAID. 

Step 3- Cook the same mixture on a slow flame while stirring it consistently. 

Step 4- Cook until the sauce thickens or when it starts leaving the sides of the pan or kadhai. 

Step 5- Move the kadhai away from the flame and put kewra essence and colour into the mixture. 

Step 6- Pour the mixture on the plate after mixing it well. Form laddoos of that mixture after it cools down. Sprinkle cardamom powder on laddoos. Serve and enjoy. 

  1. Kalakand recipe- Thisrecipehardly takes half an hour to be made completely. Here is how you can make the kalakand recipe at home quickly- 


  • 2 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Dairy Whitener
  • 1 tsp Elaichi powder
  • 500 grams Paneer
  • 400 grams Nestlé MILKMAID 

How to make kalakand

Step 1- Crush the paneer roughly and mix it with Nestlé MILKMAID along with Nestlé Everyday Dairy Whitener.

Step 2- Take a thick bottomed pan and heat the mixture into it. 

Step 3- Cook the mixture in medium flame while stirring it continuously or till it becomes thick. 

Step 4- Take the pan off the flame and spread the mixture on a greased plate. 

Step 5- Let it cool and cut into the preferred shape. Sprinkle Elaichi powder.
